What happens after I place my Order?
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your request after which you will receive tracking information for your order.
When can I expect my Order to arrive?
After you have received your tracking number, it will take roughly 3-6 business days for your order to arrive at the address provided.
USA: 1-3 Days (FedEx Express + Insurance)
International: 3-6 Days (FREE Express Shipping + Insurance)

What occurs if I don't receive my Order?
In the event that you haven’t received your order, please contact us immediately. We pride ourselves on our customer service and, on the off chance that you don't get your order in a timely manner, we will inform our distributor to start investigating immediately.
Cancellation and Refund Policy?
We will approve cancellation of an order as long as it is within 30-Days of purchase.
Please be aware that all returns are subject to a $5 processing fee.
